Online ← اختر لعبة ← «احذف حسابي» ← «تأكيد الحذف»
يُمحى الحسابُ من الخادم في اللحظة نفسها، ويصير جهازك ضيفًا جديدًا.
إن لم تعد اللعبةُ على جهازك
- حسابٌ دخلتَ به بآبل أو جوجل: ثبّت اللعبة وادخل بالحساب نفسه ثم امحه كما في الأعلى، أو راسلنا على dhulaiei@gmail.com بلقبك في اللعبة، وقل إن كان حسابك بآبل أو بجوجل. نمحوه خلال ثلاثين يومًا، وقد نسألك ما يثبت أنه حسابك.
- حسابُ ضيف (لم تدخل بآبل ولا جوجل): لا يصل إليه أحدٌ بعد أن تُحذف اللعبة، ويُمحى وحده بعد أربعة أشهر من آخر دخول.
ما يُمحى
الحسابُ كلُّه: اللقب، والمعرّفُ الذي أعطته آبل أو جوجل للعبة، ومفاتيحُ الدخول، ووقتُ آخر دخول. ولا تُبقى منه نسخة. والطاولاتُ والصوتُ لا يُحفظان أصلًا — انظر سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete your Janjafa account
Inside the game — immediately
Online → pick a game → “احذف حسابي” (Delete my account) → “تأكيد الحذف” (Confirm)
The account is erased from the server at once, and your phone becomes a new guest.
If the game is no longer on your phone
- An account you signed in to with Apple or Google: install the game, sign in with the same account and delete it as above, or write to dhulaiei@gmail.com with your nickname in the game, and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We erase it within thirty days, and may ask you to show the account is yours.
- A guest account (never signed in with Apple or Google): no one can reach it once the game is removed, and it is erased on its own four months after it was last used.
What is erased
The whole account: the nickname, the identifier Apple or Google gave the game, the sign-in keys and the last sign-in time. No copy is kept. Tables and voice are never stored at all — see the privacy policy.
